I’ve bought the Dingbelle, Reptoid Ruler and St. Germaine decks myself so those are the only three I can speak of for the tribal decks personally;

Reptoid Ruler really is a solid deck imo, though I will say I ended up ditching the Tribal Warcry in the end. Kinderhook Blob is, imo, an INCREDIBLY underrated Alien beastie. I find pairing the Ruler with one of the UFO cards/promos from the UFO set (fun, that distinction) is a good way to prevent people from just taking out Ruler immediately, and Kinderhook Blob pairs very well with Powerup Red, which it comes with. It plays well on its own, but you can also build a very solid deck from it.

Dingbelle is considered to be pretty OP, and I tend to agree; I bought this one recently, and haven’t had many chances to play it, but I do like it. It is a token generating deck, and it can generate a lot of tokens. And I mean a LOT of tokens. Whatever amount of tokens you’re thinking, double that. I did find that once I took out the Terror Bird and a few of the miscellaneous Lightning beasties that it was a little thin - a lot of people add Thunder Bird and Quetzalcoatl, but unless you’re getting into other token generating cards, I find it can be a bit hard to meet the 40 card deck minimum on a ‘pure’ Dingbelle deck, if you end up taking it apart.

St. Germaine I haven’t had the chance to play with, and its currently deconstructed at the moment, but in my opinion its a bit gimmicky but otherwise solid. There’s a few cards like the scarecrow/stick man and the gargoyle that are very particular to play, but St. Germaine’s ability to pull bloodsuckers back from the cemetery is POWERFUL, and the dark/spirit crossover means you’ve got options in the Morpheus direction or full retrieval mode. I will say that as it stands, you would need to make a 4th wall item - I went with making a necklace with a veil of fake blood, which satisfied three cards; Vampire Mary Brown (wearing jewelry or vampire fangs), Blood Grimoire (veil of fake blood in eyesight) and The Gargoyle (wearing fake blood).

I do own some release decks from each set, but I haven’t really played them - I would say the bloodsucker deck from Nightfall will pair well with St. Germaine though.

Other ones I’ve heard good things about; the CN Hobgoblin deck, NF’s Manta Ray, the flame and the forest tribal decks from Wilderness. I have actually heard good things about all the Seance tribal decks; they’re all pretty solid from what I’ve heard. The release decks are a little harder to get your hands on, as they’re blind buys, but there are a few with powerful cards in them; gasy, wahella and swamp priestess from cryptid nation are popular off the top of my head. In general, most of the premade decks aren’t bad, and I would say go for whatever catches your eye, but those would be my recommendations.
